Ingredients:

100g Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
50g sliced white bread
Zest of 1 lemon
A few fresh chives, chopped
4 salmon fillets

Serves 4

Philadelphia Garlic & Herb Crusted Salmon

Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Place the bread in the mini bowl or multi mill of your Kenwood Food Processor and blend into fine breadcrumbs.
Stir in the chives and lemon zest.
Spread the salmon fillets with a thick layer of Philly and place on a lightly oiled Pyrex Non-Stick Oven Tray. Top with the flavoured breadcrumbs, lightly pressing them into the Philly.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked.
